King Street Milling and Paving

The State of New York Department of Transportation is scheduled to begin construction work on King Street, from the New York/Connecticut state line, south to Clermont Avenue in Port Chester. Construction is to begin Monday, April 11, 2016.

Beginning on Monday April 11, 2016, daytime work will consist of replacing catch basins and sidewalk ramps. Full milling and paving is scheduled to follow beginning Sunday May 1, 2016 and will only take place during nighttime.

While none of this work is taking place directly within the Town of Greenwich, residents may expect delays on local roads during the construction process. Greenwich residents are urged to take alternate routes when possible. For any questions or complaints during the work, please contact the New York DOT field office at 914-722-6512.
