Come meld West African Dance, live drumming and yoga in this unique class. Instructor Pilin Anice, who teaches Afro Flow Yoga at the Alvin Ailey Extension school, will be joining us from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm TONIGHT, August 9th. New and experienced dancers, drummers, and yogis are free to come on down to the Mill River Collaborative, 1055 Washington Boulevard, Stamford, CT.
