Friday, April 8, 2016
Hyatt Regency Greenwich
6:30 pm - Midnight
Celebrating the excellent programs and services of the YWCA that have made it one of the most prized resources for families in Greenwich since 1919.
The Persimmon Ball, YWCA Greenwich’s largest fund raiser, is a black-tie dinner dance that annually attracts 500 attendees. It features world-class items offered in both silent and live auctions.
Proceeds support free services to victims of domestic violence…scholarships for preschool, afterschool, summer camps, and aquatic programs…free women’s leadership seminars…free racial justice activities…subsidies for YWCA programs not covered by dues and fees.
Many good people work hard together to make the Persimmon Ball one of the great Greenwich Events.
