Presented by SCORE, this highly interactive session will explore how mobile devices are changing consumer behavior and how business owners can capitalize on it. This workshop provides strategic advice, case studies and practical information on how to build a relationship with your customers using mobile devices.
Participants will learn about changing consumer behaviors (smart phones, social media, Yelp); Google dominance; how to help customers find their businesses more easily via mapping, mobile search marketing, mobile promotion, and email; and finally, how to use simple, creative social media tactics (Instagram/Twitter) to tell stories and build brands.
