The Fearless Angel Project was founded by Izabela O’Brien in honor of their oldest daughter Alina who was diagnosed with PDD-NOS in 2007. 
On 9/14/16 TFAP will be awarding families with therapeutic and/or biomedical scholarships for their children diagnosed with a developmental disorder and/or autism.
