Norwalk resident and Chef Damon Daye has launched his "Smoked Beef Brisket To Go" every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday between 1-5pm.
Meal boxes are $15 (with a $3 delivery free) and consist of an 8-hour smoked premium grade all natural, no hormones/antibiotics brisket served on delicious Wave Hill focaccia. There is homemade mayo and tangy Dayebar BBQ sauce, plus a fried mac & cheese ball and pot of fresh, organic red cabbage slaw.
Deliveries to Norwalk and areas of close proximity take place between of 1pm-3pm. Bridgeport and areas of close proximity will be delivered between 3:30-5pm. Only cash exchanges can be made at this time, credit cards will accepted shortly.
